Due to the the type of product we sell and the superior quality of our products, we only accept returns on items that are flawed from the manufacturer.

Due to hygiene concerns - we are unable to take back the products on DownComforterShoppe.com. We do have some returnable samples of our products.

Please call our store and arrange for a sample to be sent if you are concerned about the quality of the product you are ordering.
